Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years working in the retail industry.
• 4+ years supervising in a retail industry.
• Motivate employees to achieve sales KPIs.
• Handle guest concerns in a timely manner.
• Interview and staff a retail location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales KPIs including volume, margin, closing ratio, sales per guest.
• Handle customer-related issues escalated above the Guest Experience Manager or Lead.
• Provide leadership with timely and effective communication to sales, guest experience, and visual teams.
• Coach staff to build individual and team success.
• Audit staff performance and prepare evaluations as needed.
• Maintain budgeted administrative costs including wages and supplies.
• Ensure documentation of procedures and tasks completed.
• Complete various report functions in a timely manner.
• Maintain staffing levels for each job code within budget.
• Prepare and administer performance evaluations for assigned staff.
• Coordinate and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly staff meetings.
• Work with Visual Presentation Manager on product placement.
• Report changes in policy to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
