Job summary

Factory Direct Enterprises LLC d/b/a Ashley (FDE) seeks a Showroom Merchandiser to execute visual merchandising strategies, maintain presentation standards, and manage product placement with floor-set changes and signage across assigned locations.

The role partners with the Visual Manager to ensure showroom environments reflect current visuals, support team members and guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail visual merchandising or showroom design.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising strategies and showroom presentation standards.
• Manage product placement, floor-set changes, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain a showroom that supports Guest Experience.
• Support store readiness for promotional events and product launches.
• Travel occasionally to support regional locations as needed.
