Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Loss Prevention or related retail experience.
• Interview/Interrogation training; Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Forensic Interview (CFI) preferred.
• Successfully pass comprehensive criminal background.
• World-class customer service and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must keep confidences and act with integrity.
• LPQ/LPC/CFI preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of LP systems and shrinkage controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Loss Prevention functions within a store and partner with Store Operations to prevent loss.
• Train staff on LP programs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct investigations and assess shrinkage and alarm/security issues.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and coordinate with DLPM on firearms issues.
• Collaborate with teams to improve procedures and prevent theft.
