Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Loss Prevention experience in retail or related field.
• Wicklander-Zulawski interview training preferred.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CFI certification preferred.
• Successful pass of comprehensive criminal background check.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loss Prevention programs and training across the store.
• Conduct Loss Prevention assessments, investigations, and risk analyses.
• Ensure physical security of the building and assets; manage alarm and CCTV coordination.
• Provide ongoing MES training and new-hire/in-depth training for staff.
• Detect and document Organized Retail Crime and policy violations.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly exception reports to identify shrink opportunities.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center LP to resolve stock and security issues.
• Support self-assessments and ensure compliance with processes.
