Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Loss Prevention Lead to mitigate losses and deter theft through proactive customer engagement and strict adherence to company policies. You will monitor for suspicious activity, complete incident reports, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary to support safe, secure stores.

This role also supports the Loss Prevention Program, conducts MES sweeps, safety checks, and training sessions for teammates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and deter external theft and ensure compliance with MES and safety policies.
• Monitor store for potential theft activity and document incidents.
• Complete incident reports in LPMS and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Promote an inclusive in-store environment and support training for teammates.
