Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods seeks a Loss Prevention professional to support distribution center operations, safety, and asset protection. You will help lead training, audits, investigations, and collaboration with store and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication and partnership with DC & Corporate Teams to ensure compliance with directives.
• Participate in hiring, training and developing Loss Prevention & Safety teammates and leads.
• Lead or support field operations and safety team conference calls and trainings.
• Conduct new hire orientations and in-service trainings.
• Perform inventory integrity tasks and collaborate with inventory management for DC readiness.
• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly safety assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate security, investigations, and safety procedures across DC facilities.
