• Detect, deter, and document shoplifting and theft incidents, and support investigations.
• Train store associates on LP policies and core operational programs to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and internal teams on ORC cases and incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate incident reporting and monitor store security controls and processes.
