Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses by deterring external theft and executing operational programs.
• Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and assist customers.
• Maintain MES execution, safety policy compliance and store controls.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for recoveries and theft events and liaise with local authorities.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive in-store environment for teammates and customers.
