Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years general management experience with financial accountability.
• 4+ years supervising 50+ nonexempt and 5+ exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and termination.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by managing costs and optimizing inventory.
• Lead the management team and hourly associates across store operations.
• Develop and mentor associates; ensure compliance with policies and Open Door principles.
