Qualifications

• Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and giving feedback.
• Drives the store's financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision, development opportunities, and a sense of belonging for hourly associates.
