Job summary

Walmart in West Memphis, AR is seeking a store leader to drive team performance and customer service. You will teach, coach, and develop associates, uphold the One Best Way service model, and collaborate across store operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer needs are met and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow and store operations.
• Address shrink and implement improvement plans.
• Promote a culture of belonging and open communication.
