Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups and interact with customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring needs of the store; ensure staffing levels and applicant pool.
• Manage the Virtual Edge system for open positions and applicant flow.
• Maintain and update labor profiles weekly; track hires, terms, transfers and promotions.
• Develop relationships with local schools and organizations to drive applicant flow.
• Coordinate internal postings and ensure timely posting/removal of openings.
