Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, performance management, training, onboarding, and applying total rewards education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources related activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality candidates to fill store level positions.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet business needs.
• Support performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate associate engagement activities and training.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Understand and comply with collective bargaining agreements.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
