Job summary

Kroger is seeking an HR leader to provide consultative support across designated business units, translating HR strategies into actionable plans. You will guide organizational design, change management, and workforce planning while leading the HR team to deliver quality service.

You will partner with district leadership, influence COE-driven policies, and leverage people analytics to shape engagement and talent development strategies. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR generalist or related HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR business processes and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leadership as the primary HR partner to support talent strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with COE partners to influence policies and procedures.
• Use people analytics to inform strategies and engagement.
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts with recruiting COE coordination.
• Monitor headcount and budgets; resolve discrepancies.
• Drive lifecycle processes: coaching, engagement, org design, workforce planning, succession.
