Job summary

Kate Spade New York, a member of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Global Store Design Procurement & Operations Associate in NYC. This hybrid role supports day-to-day Store Design operations, budgeting, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration across regions to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes data management, vendor coordination, and driving efficiencies within the Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams while partnering with Construction and global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Retail, Procurement or Operations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and functions.
• Willingness to learn on the job with a growth mindset.
• Advanced Excel experience; Smartsheet preferred.
• Experience with Windows/PC and adaptability to Mac ecosystems.
• Operational mindset with a desire to grow within operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Design budget management and tracking.
• Create and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and tracking with vendors in NA projects.
• Coordinate Capital Expenditure requests with Construction.
• Oversee procurement of fixtures and finishes for NSO and Renovations.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising props and store orders with global VM team.
• Develop presentation decks for Store Design meetings.
• Assist with store design strategy ideation to improve efficiency and communication.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on initiatives.
• Maintain SharePoint and Egnyte drives, organize files.
