Kate Spade New York, part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Global Store Design Procurement & Operations Associate in NYC hybrid. This role partners with Store Design and Visual Merchandising to streamline operations, drive process improvements, and support retail environments across regions.

The candidate will help with workstream planning, data tracking, procurement, and tool integration. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Retail, Procurement, or Operations with a similar brand.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

Budget management and tracking for Store Design budgets.
Create and manage PO creation, invoicing, and vendor tracking for NA projects.
Handle Capital Expenditure Requests with Construction partners.
Procurement of fixtures and finishes for NSO and renovations.
Support global visual merchandising coordination and communications.
