Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Store Construction Procurement in New York to oversee sourcing and procurement for store construction, architecture, and design across brands.

You will manage supplier performance, drive cost savings, and lead end-to-end procurement processes for new stores, remodels, relocations and rollouts. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in strategic sourcing or store construction procurement, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Store Construction, Store Development, Architecture, or related category experience.
• Experience in construction-related procurement categories: general contractors, architectural services, fixtures, millwork, lighting, flooring.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build bid analyses and savings summaries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFx development, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Lead bid leveling and scope reviews with Construction and Design teams to ensure proposals are complete and aligned to budgets.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation in support of procurement targets.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, terms, pricing, and service expectations.
• Build relationships with general contractors, architects, millworkers, fixtures suppliers, installers, and related vendors.
• Develop sourcing category strategies and present recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage sourcing workstreams and timelines using spend data and market insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements across intake, sourcing, approvals, contracting, and handoffs.
