Job summary

CTDI Careers is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager in the United States to lead staffing for its division, delivering consultative solutions for high-volume hourly recruiting and onboarding across branches.

You will optimize staffing by directing direct hire and temp resources, maintain HR compliance, and report on staffing metrics while partnering with executives and branch leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ work experience, with four years in service level industry.
• Proven track record in high volume hourly recruiting and account management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative staffing solutions for tactical/operational service delivery.
• Oversee direct hire and temporary agency high-volume hourly recruiting for multiple branches.
• Plan and direct staffing, onboarding and orientation activities.
• Provide regular updates on staffing, trends and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain relationships with suppliers.
