CMI Media Group is seeking a strategic Resource Manager to connect talent with client demand and growth opportunities. You will align staffing plans with client needs, advise on fulfillment timelines, and partner with Talent Acquisition and contract channels to build effective teams.

You’ll maintain accurate workforce data, monitor utilization and risks, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize staffing outcomes for clients and employees within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
• A strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis tools.
• Ability to turn fulfillment, capacity, and utilization data into sound recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining staffing-related information and processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan for Demand & Capacity: Align staffing plans with client demand and advise on role expectations and fulfillment timelines.
• Coordinate Staffing: Match people to client opportunities based on skills, level, location, and availability.
• Connect People with Opportunities: Help employees find opportunities aligned with interests and development goals.
• Maintain Workforce Data: Own accuracy of people and staffing data, including time tracking and utilization.
• Track & Improve Fulfillment: Monitor staffing activity, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes.
• Manage Risks & Keep Partners Informed: Identify delays and risks, and coordinate solutions across teams.
