Responsibilities

• Plan for demand and capacity while aligning staffing with client demand.
• Coordinate staffing across internal and offshore channels with Talent Acquisition.
• Connect people with opportunities across the organization based on interests and goals.
• Maintain accurate workforce data including time tracking and rotations.
• Track fulfillment, identify bottlenecks, and improve staffing processes.
• Manage risks and inform partners about staffing delays and solutions.
