Position at CMI Media Group
We're looking for a strategic, people-centered Resource Manager to connect our talent with client demand and growth opportunities. You'll be the central point of accountability for staffing across an assigned portfolio-bringing together what our clients need, what our business requires, and where our people can thrive.
You'll advise client teams on staffing plans and fulfillment timelines, while coordinating across internal talent, Talent Acquisition, and contract and offshore channels. With a strong understanding of people, skills, availability, and aspirations, you'll help build effective teams and make informed workforce decisions.
This role reports to Resource Management leadership and partners closely with client finance, client and department leadership, HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, and operations.
Align staffing plans with client demand for your assigned portfolio. Work with client teams to keep plans accurate and current, and advise on role expectations, staffing recommendations, and fulfillment timelines.
Match people to client opportunities based on skills, level, location, and availability-balancing employee, client, and business needs. Ensure plans are fulfilled through internal and external supply, partnering with Talent Acquisition on contract and offshore needs as required.
Help employees find opportunities across the organization that align with their interests and development goals. Partner with HR business partners, Learning and Effectiveness, and job family leaders to understand employee needs and the capabilities required to meet client demand.
Own the accuracy of people and staffing data for your assigned population, including time tracking, rotations, allocation changes, aging open roles, time in client, utilization, and attrition. Consider broader people information, such as tenure, performance, time in role and level, and professional goals.
Monitor staffing activity against client needs and strategic goals, using data to assess effectiveness and inform decisions. Identify bottlenecks, improve processes and systems, and strengthen the staffing experience for clients and employees.
Identify staffing delays, movement constraints, and timeline risks early. Keep partners aligned on potential solutions, and look for ways to productively deploy employees during downtime, including on client work and sales opportunities.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
