Job summary

CMI Media Group is seeking a strategic Resource Manager to align talent with client demand and growth opportunities. You will be the central point of accountability for staffing across an assigned portfolio, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and contract/offshore channels to fulfill plans.

You’ll advise client teams on staffing timelines and help build effective teams while focusing on workforce data accuracy and continuous fulfillment improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis tools.
• The ability to turn fulfillment, capacity, and utilization data into sound recommendations and decisions.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining staffing-related information and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set expectations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• The ability to work autonomously, make informed staffing decisions, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• A collaborative approach to balancing employee, client, and business priorities.
• An interest in improving processes and finding creative staffing solutions.

• Coordinate Staffing: Match people to client opportunities based on skills, level, location, and availability.
• Connect People with Opportunities: Help employees find opportunities across the organization that align with their interests and development goals.
• Maintain Workforce Data: Own the accuracy of people and staffing data for your assigned population.
• Track & Improve Fulfillment: Monitor staffing activity against client needs and strategic goals, using data to assess effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Manage Risks & Keep Partners Informed: Identify staffing delays, movement constraints, and timeline risks early.
