CMI Media Group is seeking a strategic Resource Manager to align staffing with client demand across an assigned portfolio. You will guide staffing plans, advise on fulfillment timelines, and coordinate with internal talent, Talent Acquisition, and offshore channels to assemble high-performing teams.

You will own workforce data accuracy, monitor utilization and time in role, and work with HR partners to understand employee capabilities and development needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning.
• Understanding of HR processes and talent development.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan for Demand & Capacity: Align staffing plans with client demand for your assigned portfolio. Work with client teams to keep plans accurate and current, and advise on role expectations, staffing recommendations, and fulfillment timelines.
• Coordinate Staffing: Match people to client opportunities based on skills, level, location, and availability, balancing employee, client, and business needs.
• Connect People with Opportunities: Help employees find opportunities across the organization that align with their interests and development goals.
• Maintain Workforce Data: Own the accuracy of people and staffing data for your population, including time tracking, rotations, allocations, aging open roles, and utilization.
• Track & Improve Fulfillment: Monitor staffing activity against client needs using data to assess effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Manage Risks & Keep Partners Informed: Identify delays and risks early and keep partners aligned on solutions.
