CMI Media Group is seeking a strategic, people-centered Resource Manager to connect our talent with client demand and growth opportunities. You’ll be the central point of accountability for staffing across an assigned portfolio, coordinating with internal talent, Talent Acquisition, and offshore channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
• Understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan for Demand & Capacity: Align staffing plans with client demand for the portfolio and advise on role expectations and fulfillment timelines.
• Coordinate Staffing: Match people to client opportunities based on skills, location, and availability, balancing employee, client, and business needs.
• Connect People with Opportunities: Help employees find opportunities across the organization aligned to interests and development goals.
• Maintain Workforce Data: Own accuracy of people and staffing data including time tracking, rotations, and open roles.
• Track & Improve Fulfillment: Monitor staffing activity, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes and systems.
• Manage Risks & Keep Partners Informed: Identify risks early and align partners on solutions, deploying staff during downtime as needed.
