Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Staffing Operations Manager to support workforce operations for the IPPS-A AMP program. The role analyzes staffing processes, coordinates recruiting and onboarding, and maintains confidential workforce data while liaising with program leadership, Recruiting, HR, and customer stakeholders.

The position requires a Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and onsite presence 2 days/week in Arlington, VA, with a salary range of $110,000.00–$140,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
• Experience in Human Resource Management and/or Workforce Recruiting desirable.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Azure DevOps experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply Nakupuna human resource principles and policy for managing, communicating, and reporting on project staffing.
• Maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable information and other sensitive staff data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer, project team, and technical staff.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate staffing needs and manage onboarding activities.
• Manage staff system access requests/tracking and Army access requests.
