Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks a Functional Analyst III to join the IPPS-A AMP project, configuring PeopleSoft modules to meet design specs within an agile team. You will estimate work, document configurations, translate stories into functional designs, and conduct unit testing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in federal government or DoD contexts; two days on-site in Arlington with a hybrid option, and a current Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
• PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus.
• Certifications in IAT Level II, Peoplesoft HCM, and SAFe for Teams preferred; proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure modules in PeopleSoft software to meet design specifications.
• Provide estimates for work assignments.
• Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s).
• Translate user and enabler stories and acceptance criteria into functional software design.
• Conduct unit testing in line with defined quality engineering processes.
• Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defects.
• Conduct peer reviews on other teammates' configuration and code to ensure accuracy and alignment to overall architecture and design.
• Explain software functionality to development team members and end users.
