Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Software Developer IV to join the Portfolio Operations team, supporting the execution of a large, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The Developer’s key responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data through rigorous testing and validation processes, ensuring compliance with customer and Nakupuna company policies and legal regulations.

Bachelor of Science degree in a Computer Software or Engineering major or 2 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a computer software‑related field required.
PeopleSoft PeopleTools and SQL knowledge required. Strong communication skills required. Certifications in PeopleSoft PeopleTools and SAFe for Teams preferred.
This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work location will be in Arlington 2 days on‑site with a hybrid option. Occasional travel may be required.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market‑based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
