Qualifications

• Current Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze staffing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities for the AMP program.
• Maintain confidential workforce data and staffing tracker.
• Provide staffing updates to program leadership.
• Serve as liaison among leadership, Recruiting, HR, project teams, and customer stakeholders.
