Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a proactive Supply Staffing Coordinator to support Java staffing within the engineering discipline. You will maintain visibility of capacity, connect Java specialists with project opportunities, and coordinate staffing from proposal to final assignment.

You will work with staffing, delivery, and discipline stakeholders to ensure timely progression and accurate data, focusing on efficient utilization and a smooth staffing process.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to independently drive staffing cases forward.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and staffing cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Understanding of staffing/resource management processes.
• Understanding of software engineering roles, seniority levels, and technical skill sets.
• Good English communication skills, English level B2.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of available and soon-to-be-available Java specialists.
• Match specialists with relevant project opportunities and propose them for open positions.
• Coordinate and track candidates throughout the staffing process.
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, decisions, and assignments.
• Maintain accurate staffing data and identify potential utilization risks.
• Collaborate with staffing, delivery, and discipline stakeholders.
