Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in staffing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify client staffing needs and propose solutions
• Negotiation and contract understanding for service agreements

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to understand staffing requirements.
• Identify and prospect new clients to expand the agency’s client base.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients and candidates.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely delivery.
• Maintain records of client interactions, placements, and contracts.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
