Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Strategist II in Pittsburgh, PA, within its Private Bank organization. This in-office role focuses on supporting client management activities, developing relationship plans, and delivering proactive service.

You will coordinate with teams to understand client needs, expand the book of business, and manage risk in alignment with AMG policies while maintaining accurate CRM activities and effective communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients; helps develop and execute a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience; ensures strong client commitment.
• Helps grow a book of business through support of client expansion and new client acquisition; sources new relationships for the bank.
• Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures; escalates client concerns for quick resolution with risk partners.
• Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks; supports pre-call planning, post-call debriefs and relationship reviews.
