CFS in Pittsburgh is hiring a client-facing Business Development / Account Manager to sell staffing and recruiting services to finance, accounting, and HR decision makers. You will own the sales process from prospecting to account management, and you will nurture relationships after placements to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business.
• Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels in an organization.
• Good at connecting on social media and via email, and even better at connecting on phone and in person; urge to pick up the phone and make things happen.
• Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow and maintain relationships with clients.
• Sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting, finance, and HR decision makers.
• Manage all facets of the sales process from prospecting to account management via phone, email, and meetings.
• Continue to develop relationships after placement and provide excellent customer service.
