Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, consultative seller with established relationships in the Dallas–Fort Worth corporate community.
• Proven record of closing significant multiyear partnership agreements.
• Strong ability to identify, negotiate and steward corporate sponsorships and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategy with annual and multiyear revenue goals.
• Prospect, cultivate and close corporate sponsorships with regional and national businesses; maintain a pipeline.
• Design tiered sponsorship programs including presenting sponsorships, naming rights, and exclusive partnerships.
• Create customized packages aligned with partner marketing, engagement and employee programs.
• Negotiate multiyear agreements generating recurring revenue and manage renewals.
• Lead sponsorship development for The Sound at Cypress Waters and expand to other properties.
• Secure cash and in-kind partnerships to offset event costs.
• Develop sponsorships for interactive installations and experiential partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on sponsor recognition and deliverables; Marketing executes.
