Harmony Biosciences is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager for the South Atlanta, GA territory. You will drive regional sales, champion scientific and clinical information, and become a trusted expert for healthcare professionals, while upholding compliant selling practices.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, growing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives. Travel up to 50% will be required; must reside within the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Experience selling a product that requires extensive coordination with patient services with an understanding HUB services.
• Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to develop a territory business plan.

Aufgaben

• Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products with compliant selling.
• Develop territory business plans and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with Harmony objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
• Manage territory call plan and use data to optimize outreach to achieve objectives.
• Achieve training targets and maintain knowledge of product attributes and competitor products.
