Job summary

Harmony Biosciences is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager for the St. Paul, MN territory. You will champion scientific and clinical information about Harmony products to healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships to meet territory objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Competitive base salary with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Experience selling a product that requires extensive coordination with patient services with an understanding HUB services.
• Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to develop a territory business plan to achieve territory objectives.
• Must live within the territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Focus on driving growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
• Develop business plans for your territory and execute sales/marketing strategies aligned with Harmony objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and KOLs.
• Manage territory call plan with varying customer reach and frequency; use analytics to optimize plans.
• Meet or exceed product and brand strategy training targets and certifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Responsible for company vehicle, compliance with policies, and timely expense processing.
