Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive the NUZYRA and XHANCE portfolios in a defined U.S. territory. You will educate Podiatrists, ENTs, Allergists, PCPs, Dermatologists and others to promote appropriate patient access and treatment adoption.

The role is field-based, requiring strategic planning, clinical conversations, and compliant execution to maximize territory growth and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2–4 years of complex, consultative sales and territory management experience.
Ability to translate complex clinical information into customer conversations.
Experience using CRM systems to manage engagement and territory.
Proven ability to balance multiple products and priorities in a territory.

Responsibilities

Own the territory as a business with portfolio priorities and growth.
Drive adoption of Paratek’s multi-product portfolio in the field.
Build strategic relationships with prescribers and stakeholders.
Execute complex, consultative selling with clinical messaging.
Develop pull-through strategies to support patient access and utilization.
Use data and insights to refine territory strategies and performance.
Maintain clinical and product knowledge across a multi-product environment.
Meet sales, call-plan, and performance objectives while complying with policies.
