You will coordinate daily resources, interpret complex call schedules, adapt to changing needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure productive workflows and optimal patient care across the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years clerical experience required.
• Prior surgery or schedule experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, high-level support to physicians and Advanced Practice Practitioners to maximize provider efficiency and patient access.
• Coordinate and adjust resources daily for all practice offices and hospitals.
• Interpret and manage intricate call schedules across multiple locations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proactively organize work and track outcomes to detect or prevent issues.
