Sentara in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Specialty Resource Coordinator to provide independent support to Physicians and Advanced Practice Practitioners, maximizing provider efficiency and patient access across practice offices and hospitals.

You will coordinate daily resources, interpret complex call schedules, adapt to changing needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure productive workflows and optimal patient care across the system.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years clerical experience required.
• Prior surgery or schedule experience preferred.

Interprets and manages intricate call schedules across multiple locations, effectively communicating with all stakeholders. Quickly adapts and reallocates resources to meet changing needs, ensuring decisions support provider productivity and operational efficiency. Proactively organizes work and tracks outcomes to detect or prevent issues. The base pay range for full-time employment is $23.63 - $35.55 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
