Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services, a growing specialty pharmacy leader, is seeking a dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our Infusion sales team in Florida. You will drive product adoption and build strategic relationships with neurologists, rheumatologists, and infusion centers to expand access and improve patient care.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience, strong understanding of buy-and-bill models, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific, business, or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience.
• Strong understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy distribution models, and reimbursement/access pathways.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales targets for infusion pharmacy products.
• Build and maintain relationships with neurologists, rheumatologists, nephrologists, immunologists, and infusion centers.
• Educate healthcare providers on product efficacy, safety, data, and patient selection criteria.
• Collaborate with hub services and reimbursement teams to ensure patient access and therapy initiation.
• Align account strategies with Market Access, MSLs, and Marketing; stay current on industry trends.
