Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a focused Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and adoption within an assigned geography, including Tampa South, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota.

You will engage prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, and administrators with compliant product education and strategic account planning. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support payer access, navigate complex accounts, and expand adoption across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Experience supporting launches or growth initiatives a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance with focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver compliant product education in person and virtual engagements.
• Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and stakeholders; navigate multiple decision-makers.
• Establish credibility as a trusted resource with consistent follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use.
• Navigate payer and access dynamics with internal teams to support patient access.
• Demonstrate initiative in evolving situations; drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and compliance with policies.
