Quad Recruitment is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales) for the Northern Seattle territory, covering Redmond, Kirkland, Everett and Bellevue. You will build physician and payer relationships to drive referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG, collaborating with pharmacy, nursing, intake and operations to ensure seamless patient care.

The ideal candidate is a healthcare sales professional with infusion experience, able to grow market share and meet revenue goals while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region.
• Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations.
• Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans.
• Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates.
• Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies.
