Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. The role leads the portfolio of Specialty clinical programs, driving innovation and measurable outcomes while partnering with clinical, technical, operational, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required.
3 years of pharmacy experience in PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products.
Oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support specialty and clinical programs and product teams.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Collaborate with Health Outcomes, Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and other teams.
Present program results and solutions to clients when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
