Job summary

Prime Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy across pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty programs, driving innovation and measurable outcomes in collaboration with clinical, technical, operational, and business teams.

This senior role requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with 3 years PBM/ managed care experience; travel up to 25%; and the

Qualifications

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree.
3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations and Pharmacy teams to align programs with client needs.
Present program results and solutions to clients as needed.
