Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead the portfolio of Specialty clinical programs, driving innovation, outcomes and alignment with business goals, and collaborate across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams.

You will develop strategic roadmaps, partner with UM, formulary, and contracting teams, and may present results to clients.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience in PBM, managed care, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products.
• Oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
• Lead or support specialty and clinical programs and product teams.
• Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Collaborate with Health Outcomes, Pharmacy Trade Relations, and Pharmacy teams to advance programs.
• Present program results and solutions to clients when required.
