Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, seeks a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will drive a portfolio of specialty programs with measurable outcomes and partner across clinical, technical, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires PharmD or BS Pharmacy, 3 years in PBM/managed care, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required.
3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics teams to manage data and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, Claims Operations, Clinical Operations, Technology and Networks.
May lead or support in presenting program results to Clients.
Other duties as assigned.
