Job summary

The Harry Walker Agency is seeking a Coordinator to join our Speaker Representation team in New York. You will liaise with speakers and their staff to organize speaking invitations, coordinate calendars, and manage cross‑functional communications with the Agency’s departments.

Applicants should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to work with the President and across teams to ensure timely responses and smooth logistics for multiple speakers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritize a high volume of work.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Speakers and their offices.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure timely responses to Speaker and Hosting organizations.
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM database for each Speaker’s office.
• Oversee multiple Speakers simultaneously, managing timelines and communications in CRM.
• Arrange and organize tours and calendars for Speakers.
• Onboard new speakers and coordinate marketing materials and press releases.
• Vet and research potential speakers and hosting organizations as needed.
