Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of client-based servicing or events management experience.
• Direct experience staffing high-level VIPs (e.g., elected officials, celebrities) preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics.
• Experience working with internal teams (accounting/business affairs) and agency partners.
• Superior client relationship and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day management of speaking engagements and liaison between speaker's office and hosting organizations.
• Organize and coordinate all event details and travel for speaker appearances.
• Develop and manage project timelines and approvals for event logistics, materials, content, and VIP components.
• Interface with internal teams across processes leading up to and after events; including accounting and contracts.
• Provide briefing materials for the speaker's office and post-event recaps.
• Track travel expenses with vendors and internal teams; support vetting and research elements as needed.
• Respond to time-sensitive situations with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
