Job summary

The Harry Walker Agency is the World's #1 Exclusive Speakers' Agency, representing today’s thought leaders since 1946. This role sits in Speaker Management, coordinating invitations, tours, and materials with a focus on timely, professional communication.

You will maintain CRM data, liaise with speakers and hosting organizations, and work closely with the President and other departments to ensure smooth operations across bookings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook (CRM and LexisNexis a plus)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with speakers and their staff to organize speaking invitations.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain and update the internal CRM for each speaker's office.
• Oversee tours and calendars for multiple speakers, tracking timelines and communications in CRM.
• Onboard new speakers, gather marketing materials, and oversee speaker pages on the website.
