Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a Space & Workplace Experience Planner to optimize workplaces across a national portfolio. You will partner with HR, IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities to translate requirements into scalable space strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-informed planning, occupancy strategies, and scenario modeling to align with business growth, ensuring smooth project execution and continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities planning, space optimization, or related project management roles.
• Experience with IWMS tools such as OfficeSpace, Serraview, FM:Systems, AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–20% and live within commutable distance of listed sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout and occupancy improvements for hybrid work.
• Develop and maintain master space plans across the portfolio.
• Model scenarios for headcount growth and capacity needs.
• Analyze capacity and utilization to inform real estate strategies.
• Coordinate small-to-mid sized facility projects with timelines and budgets.
• Track milestones, vendor performance, and costs; provide executive dashboards.
