Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Space & Workplace Experience Planner to optimize a national facilities portfolio. You will partner with HR, IT, Security, Real Estate and Facilities to deliver data-driven space plans and occupancy strategies across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include space utilization studies, master space plans, scenario modeling for headcount growth, and managing small to mid-sized facility projects with budgets and timelines in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities planning or space optimization.
• Experience with hybrid workplace models across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct space utilization studies and recommend layout and occupancy improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and update master space plans across locations.
• Model headcount growth and capacity to inform real estate decisions.
• Coordinate small to mid-sized facility projects with timelines and budgets.
• Track milestones, vendor performance, and costs with dashboards for exec updates.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Real Estate, and Facilities to ensure project execution.
